I cooked a paella in my Big Green Egg today. The major ingredients were Spanish chorizo, Alaska shrimp, Alaska clams, Alaska scallops, chicken and some pork chop cubes.

Here's most of the ingredients before prep.

This is assembled and just placed in the Egg.

This is a done shot.

This also show a really good cheese bread my wife scratch made.

It was a different and excellent meal.

Great spanish dish...in your case, great alaskan dish!!! [smilie=a_goodjob.gif]

Griff that looks INCREDIBLE and I know it tasted even better! Amazing!!!! Definitely a work of art and a feast!!!!

my neighbor makes one with fish, clams and shrimp, with saffron and
lobster consomme. That's the dish I said I'd crawl a mile for a grain of the rice for.
