I think we paid $7 or $8 per turkey leg at Kings Dominion a couple years ago.
 
It matters how big they are. Probably around $5.00 since you at a fair.
 
Well felt like I gave them crazy legs a fair test at trying to cook em from scratch a few times..with not much success. I vote with Pigs...just buy em already cooked and knock the chill off of em. Actually if you have a health goon in the vicinity he/she/it will demand a terminal temp of at least 160. Still got a huge profit margin..less manuel labor..and most likely a mo betta product than trying to cook em from raw. Usually the health rules is more lenient to reheat factory cooked stuff than to start at ground zero. Much less chance of fatal mishaps etc. That be in the eyes of the goons of course. Not trying to imply its a true theory.
