I did a rib cook yesterday to celebrate a potential CAVS victory over the Pistons...luckily I got good ribs and a win to boot!! I used Homebbq.com rib rub and KF for fuel...kept the WSM at 250*...3hrs in smoke, 30 minutes in foil and 20 minutes to firm up...sauce on side...good stuff!!

The grills and smokers (not in the attic)

Gasser and Lodge Stove

Collective cook pictures (rubbed, coals, after 3hrs, out of foil, firmed up and sliced to be eaten)

WoW nice job on the ribs....I've been here a year and this is the first time we've seen the stuff out of the attic. :D

Leave it alone guys or he'll end up doing a podcast with himself telling us all about his very first cook. ;)

Too late...already recorded and I am getting ready to post it right now!

Ya know..... You can really tell when a WSM hasn't EVER been used.... When you see a pic of someone putting the lid of it on a deck rail!

Good looking cook Greg. :D

(who's blog did you steal those pics from?)

I am impressed Greg. I think this is the first time I have seen you submit any food porn. Keep it up. The ribs look great.
