I rushed the briskit Started @ noon it was @ 195 by 5pm.Cooked him at 325 grate Tasted great, tender & not dried out. You can do butts @ 325 too BOY. Cookin em hot don't make as deep a smoke ring.

in the 2nd to last pic it looks like there's some blood on the counter....did you cut yourself or is that somethin else?

Yeah Pops an sharp things are hazardous. None got on food though.

Nobody cut no fingers off My knives are very sharp, they will cut ya without even pickin em up :wink:
