got sum nice peppers and would like a little help on how to fix them ATB style . [smilie=imslow.gif]
 
My filling: (Of course it changes all the time, but here's the one I did tonight in prep for tomorrow)... that's the beauty of ABT's... so versatile.

1 pint cream cheese
1 T horseradish (root, not sauce)
2 T garlic
2 T lemon juice
Meat (in this case... left over scraps from Q'd spare ribs that I chopped up)
salt/pepper

(I'll post pics tomorrow .... errr umm later today (at time of edit...looking for a good pic of my ABT's which I didn't find.)
