I look forward to this time of the year! Anyone else share my addiction to these sweet beauties?

 
mmmm Love vidalias.

I love them marinated in some balsamic vinegar and a little evoo sliced thinly wiht some tomatoes


or stuff and smoked

or in a scalloped potato vidalia casserole


or ....... I could go on LOL

Heck John, We can do that. A cheese factory is just up the road from me. (Kutters) I always keep Limburger and Webers mustard on hand. Might have to send Val to the little bakery in the Polish side of Buffalo to get some good Rye bread. Let me know when the next time you guy's are going out to cabin. It's kind of on the way, and we can do it up RIGHT! :D We would enjoy your company. Plus we get to "chow down" :)
 
Puff , great minds think alike...I got one yesterday, sliced it
and carmelized it, put it on top of my steak....it was pretty
dang sweet, better than I remember for last year.
