Like Puff said, "what a great day for cooking" sunday was. Cooked some loin backs slathered with honey and mustard then covered in oompappy rub. Glazed with a blend of SBR and hot pepper jelly.

Those look great. I wish the ones I did Sunday turned out as well.

Great looking ribs Pappy I got to try that mustard and honey slather for sure. All I have ever used was plain ole Frenchs yellow mustard and some of my rub.
 
Well I tried to resist this thread all day.

I am hungry every time I look at those beautiful ribs.

Great job!!!
