Thanks Cappy, everyone was pleased that I heard from. Actually, this was a freeby for the Summerville Junior Service League. My wife volunteered "my services" since she is a memebr. It was a fun party that I got to participate in. Hopefully, this will spur a couple paying jobs. We also donated a bbq basket of Smokin' Cole's products for the silent auction.
 
That cut of beef is a Top Sirloin Roast. It comes in 12-13lb roasts. Makes great roast beef. I should have cut the roasts in half before slicing, would have been easier.

You can also have your legs shortened, but that costs a lot more, hurts, and is elective surgery so your insurance wont cover it! :LOL: ;)
