Gary did a fantastic grilled lamb rib roast with sauted brocclie and a red wine reduction sauce. We placed 11th in that.

Did you guys have a butcher french those bones or did you do it yourself?

I need to learn how to do that. :idea:

Gary did the frenching to the bones (now that doesnt sound right) . The flavor was fantastic. Made for a good dinner.
