Guys
I am taking the first steps toward starting a Catering Business
Here is my question
Which name sounds better

Thoms Authentic BBQ

Thoms Barbecue

Thom and Kyles Bubba Q
(Kyle is my son)

Thoms we left it out all night but it will be fine BBQ

Remember my market is SoCal and most folks here think Applebees does great Q

I agree with ZBQ, I like the "BubbaQ" but I'm also Not from SoCal, I'm from Cottontown, TN (AKA "The Sticks"). I think the "Thoms Authentic BBQ" would probably fly a little better there.

Thom and Kyles Bubba Q

Southern * Midwest * Texas
Lean California Grilling

is whats leading with me now

Thanks for the ideas Guys

I'm not from California but I don't think people in California would know what Bubba means.

chit...I thought the word "Bubba" is universal for Redneck & Southern .....isn't it?

Unless ya wanna be unmistaken...then ya go with Cleetus or Dawfus

Former President Clinton's gave us on the West Coast a glimpse of bubba in action Truthfully most folks smile when they see the name using BubbaQ My wife has reservations about the name but she is upiddy

Thoms Authentic BBQ . To me "Bubba" sounds "hick" and folks don't want to trust hicks with high dollar events. No offense intended to anyone from our southern states.
