Recipes:
Bonds favorite fajita recipe
Beat the hell out of 1 skirt steak with a meat hammer
If you got a tenderizer thing use it too
juice 2 limes & combine with 1/4 cup of olive oil in a gallon zip lock freezer bag
press 4 to 6 garlic toes into a small bowel
coat the skirt with Mccormick fajita season well on both sides
rub the garlic into both sides of the skirt place in the ziplock seal
Worry the steaks a bit then into the fridg for 24 hrs
Note I seen some recipes that say to add onion & cilantro to
the marinade but I use them in pico de gallio
Fire up the grill with mesquite wood & you know,
Drink some pop with foam on top
Remove steak from frigd & worry it some more
Slice up onions bell peppers tomatoes & whatever
Heat a cast iron skillit on the stove or on the grill
grill the skirt no more than 3min I like rare so its 2min a side, slice across the grain
place sliced steak onions peppers tomatoes & whatever in the dry hot skillit
& remove from heat
Serve with sour cream, pico de gallio, warm flour tortillas, & grated cheese
Bonds Premium black bean soup
3 15oz cans Ranch Style Brand black beans
No substatues!!!!
