I love sugar in my cornbread. I love it without the sugar also. It depends on what I'm eating it with.

I had some pufffed pastry dough in the freezer and couldnt figure out what to do with it so I got creative. Hot Dogs Wellington.
First you roll out and size up your dough then put a partially cooked dog with all the fixens on the dough.
Roll them up and seal the edges.
Then put them in the smoker till the dough puffes up and enjoy.
They were actually pretty good and great for the kids being self contained and all.
