I made a lot so you can add or subtract depending on how much you want.

12 granny smith apples pealed and diced
1 med sweet onion diced
1 med red onion diced
1 cup golden rasins
2 cups regular rasins
1 cup crasins
4 cups apple cider vinagar
2lb brown sugar
2 tsp ground ginger
2 oz crushed ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cinnanim (sp)
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt

combine all ingred in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. if the chutney isnt thick enough add corn starch at the end before the apples get too soft.

Serve over meat warm.
