I gotta couple Porterhouse chops at the grocery store today. They weighed 2.35lbs together, nice and thick. My wife wanted Natures Seasoning on her's and I opted for Wolfe Rub Citrus Blend. I really loaded WRC on my chop and wow, it get's pretty spicy!! Definitely can't use this in the same amount as the Original. Anyways, the chops turned out very very good. Cooked indirect for about 16 minutes, 8 minutes per side and then finished direct until they hit 160*. Super moist and very tender!

Looks great Larry!

Must be on the same monkey bars...I have two thick chops marinading in a lime/chipole to grill tomorrow. Hope mine turn out as nice as yours.
