2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar, (brown), dark or light
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch MSG (optional)

Mix well in a nonreactive bowl. Store in a dark cool place.
