Did 2 little chuckies on Sunday, one with Finney #1 & the other with Wolfe Rub Bold. When they were done, I triple wrapped in foil and put them in the fridge until tonight. Re-heated in the oven and here's the results. My wife & myself enjoyed the Wolfe Rub Bold while my son enjoye Finney #1. I thought there was lots more flavors going on in the Wolfe. Both were excellent and will be used again. In the pictures where they are unwrapped, that haze is actually steam.

Nick, those look great!!
I would also like to get some more in depth info from you.
But in a tasting kind of way!
You can send me some either, regular mail, overnight, or I'll meet you half way, start driving now :D

Tasty looking chuckies bud!

That picture #4 (with the steam) sure made me want to pop one of those chunks into my mouth.

It occurred to me butts and chucks are like white wine and red wine.

Once ya get into red wine (chucks) white wine just isn't the same.

now thats funny , esp considering the other night, I pulled the chuck outa the cooler and was getting ready to pull and my wife poured a glass of red and set there waiting to "sample"
