BEER!

Annnnnnnnnd Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Should be done in about a week, just in time for Thanksgiving.
When it is done it will be a pretty rose color with pink foam. Nice tart and sweet taste.

Dude, give me more info on what's going on there...you making
cranberry sauce? (Paaauulll iiissss deeeaaaaaaaddd.....anyone?)

Beer is whats going on. :D About 6 gallons if all goes well. The brewery is what the pots are about. I posted in the Fryer section a while back showing how I use the turkey fryer for HomeBrew. The top pot is water dripping into barley grains that are crushed and strained, into the bottom one resulting in a sugary liquid that when boiled and hops, and in this case cranberries, are added, make a drink that will make you HAPPY!

Cappy doesn't read... he skims. He must have missed the "BEER!!!" in your first post.

Now if you didn't already have a plan I have a great cranberry sauce recipe that is great at Thanksgiving... also recently found a cranberry and onion relish recipe that just screams that it's good.

You're going to have to hook me up with some of your home brew one day.

I always thought John said "I buried Paul" but I was listening to Beatles Brunch the other weekend and the DJ said he said "cranberry sauce."

You're right Craw! if you played the record backwards, it sounded like
"I buried Paul", not Paul is dead. But in fact John said Cranberry sauce.
Which was a strange thing to say. Almost as strange as playing a record
backwards. The 60's were strange.

What are the 60's you guys keep talking about?
Greg I'm pretty sure it was the decade of years before the 70's.
It's kind of a "grey" area. They might have it in some outdated encyclopedia
