I soaked 4 ears on water for about 30 mins. Peeled back the husks and took out the silk. Made a mixture of 4tbls softened unsalted butter and 2 tsp Parsley. I buttered up each ear and closed the back up and tied the ends with some string. Cooked them direct on the Weber for 25 mins turning 4 times to get an even cook. Once done I peeled them back, cut off the husks and sprinkled parmasian cheese on them. :P
