I'm making Thai meat on a stick with my daughter.
Chicken in a winevinegar lemongrass paste.
Top round in a fish sauce pseudo curry/sate.
Slice 'em thin, marinate 'em, put 'em on the sticks and grill 'em up.
reduce the marinating liquid and use it as a dipping sauce.
Sounds good..a little too fancy for me to fix....perfect for me to eat!
