Tonight I finally put on the flat/flap meat (can't remember the correct name) on with a heavy dose of bold. Yes, a light dusting before I put it on the grill. That is my favorite thus far. I needed this cut of meat for the full flavor. I kept thinking...it's the best spicy fajita beef evah! My friend commented how it had a nice tang to it. She also really liked the Wolfe Wings I did too with the original. I think the cinnamon threw her...but she kept eating away. Watch out Larry...your West Coast following might grow.

No pictures yet on this cook...but I will add some of the pork, chicken, tri tip, and fish comparison I did Friday night.
