Fresh from the garden, not my garden, but from friends garden none the less. Fried Zucchinni, I tried something a little different than what i normally do, I used a flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs breading setup. I mixed some Panko bread crumbs in with regular bread crumbs.

All I can say is it was quite tasty.



My wife needs to be taught a lesson, she was eating from the plate before I could get the food porn pics taken. What am I too do?

I used to get my hand slapped all the time. I'd stand behind mom while she fried okra and zuchinni and eat em as fast as she'd lay em down on the plate.

Ahh yes, nothing like love in the kitchen. I think back when my boy's were little and they picked up that bad habit from there mother, I told them I was the KING of the castle and they could be princes or peasants, they came around in no time.
