First cook on the Vermont Casting grill I found on the side of the road: http://www.myfreebulletinboard.com/f2/v ... orum=bbq4u
Found one small hot spot (notice the thigh on the bottom) and it seem to smoke a little more then my Weber Silver B. I believe it is because the grill is so well seasoned.
All in all for the first cook, no complaints. Plan on cooking on it the rest of the week to compare it to my Weber.
