ok, i'm a dumb f#%k. where do grocery stores stock polenta? i looked in the pasta isle, rice isle, and cereal isles.

Okay, I'm dumb F#%k number 2. I'd like to know too.

i looked with the mexican and asian foods and didn't see anything.

They always say on Food TV that you can subsitute corn meal for polenta....Man I just did a search about Polenta and being able to substitute Corn meal, it’s worse than the fat cap up or down debate……..
