I found it to be lacking in content. Same with most news now days. They tell you something that barely scratches the surface and leaves you wanting more. Problem is... they never give you the more.

Sounded like an editorial more than a news story. Good idea though. I think having standards and all that would be a good thing for the businesses. Let us know what Early has to say. Maybe I can get a part time job as a certifier of BBQ? =P~
