I have the Food Network Las Vegas BBQ contest program on Tivo and I watched it again last night. It seemed like a great contest and it made me start thinking. What happened to that contest? It seemed like it would be a contest in a place that people would want to go to from all over the country. But it has not been held for a few years now. Does anyone know why or what happened? It just made me curious.

The casino was sold and the new owner didn't want to hold the competition. Have heard there is interest in putting on again.
