Needed something quick for my chicken tonight. Mixed 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/8 cup olive oil and a tablespoon or 3 of lime juice. Injected the chicken 1/4's and threw them on the grill indirect for about 1 hour. Glazed some with honey mustard, some with strawberry habernero, some with pineapple habernaro jelly. Quick shot under the broiler and a great tasting dinner.
