Leftover Turkey Dinner
 

I know this is too late for your Thanksgiving leftovers, but maybe next time. I was fighting LEAVES and Christmas decorations all weekend.

Holiday Shepperd's Pie.

Cover the bottom of a glass pie pan with dressing (stuffing)
Add a layer of turkey.
If you have any peas and/or carrots leftover, put some in.
Pour a little gray over all that.
Cover with mashed potatoes.

Put in 375* oven for approx 45 min or until potatoes start to brown.

That sounds good. My mom had us over for T day so I didnt even have any left overs. :-(

Yeah, that does. Gonna have to try that one of these days. We did turkey taquitoes yesterday. Looking for ways to use that turkey up.
