Picked this bad boy up a couple of weeks ago. I decided to cook it up this weekend as my son is home on leave. Figured 1 1/4 hours per pound @ 15 lbs. = 18 3/4 hours. Put it on last night at 5:00 PM. 170* at 2:00 this morning, 195* at 6:00 this morning. 13 hour Turbo cook!!! Sitting in the cooler now for lunch in a little while.





 
I wish you had posted this earlier ~ I would have had time to make the trip.. :eek: Lookin' good, Nick! =P~
 
Bravo Nick, man I love brisket. Thanks for the pics. Hope your son has an extended stay. Tell him thanks for serving for me.
