I bought this never used Showtime Rotisserie for $25 bones and thought I would give it a try. I melted some butter then mixed it in with Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic to make a paste. Then I tucked the mixture under the skin, rubbed some on the outside and then seasoned with salt and pepper. It was a 5.5 pound bird so I cooked it for 1.5 hours. This little machine works pretty darn good?
