Hey everyone!!!! I hail from KC and like most everyone on here, I love to cook on my smoker. I have a custom built offset on a trailer. (I think I attached a pic of it) I typically only enter 3-4 contests a year. (kids in sports) One of those being the American Royal of course. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community.
