A guy at work has his own boat and did really well fishing and hooked me up with some of his catch, yellow fin tuna.

Marinaded the steaks in Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic sauce for about 12 hours

Fish on the grill direct

After the flip

For some this would be cooked enough, I like and can eat sushi but I can't eat raw fish if I am the one preparing it, my brain just won't allow it so here is the tuna finishing up indirect

Plated with some white rice with some more hoisin sauce added.

Hey John
How long a side and at what temp?

No idea what my grill was running at, it was hot though.
Tuna was direct probably 2 minutes as side, I flipped them when I saw the steaks done about a quarter of the way up. Tuna was indirect prob ably 4-5 minutes with the lid on.

Sorry I can't give more details, it was a hot and fast cook and I was doing others things as well and really not paying much attention.
