Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 TBSP powdered sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
Optional: up to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a spicy sandwich
Oil for frying (about a cup)

Instructions:

Pound your chicken out to about 1/2 inch. Soak in pickle juice for about 30-60 minutes. I did it for about 20 minutes and it was perfect.
Mix egg and milk together in one bowl.
Mix the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl very well. (If doubling or even quadrupling the recipe, like I did, don't use too much flour. Maybe double it, but don't quadruple it).
Heat fry pan up with oil. Medium heat.
Take chicken and dip in egg/milk wash, then into dry mix, then into the fry pan.
