Smoked egg & sausage fritta

Broke out the griddle threw it on the grill, decided to have breakfast for dinner.

Not sure I dug the smoke flavor in the eggs.........:rolleyes:

Nice!!! Maybe too much smoke? I have smoked hard boil eggs and they made the best deviled eggs and egg salad sandwiches ever!

It was my first time having any type of smoke flavor with eggs.
I'll give it a go another time maybe back off on the smoke

Well I sliced up a banana in my cheerios and it was really good too. Aww who am I kidding, I want smoked egg & sausage fritta!
