Heading to a BBQ contest in Haines City, FL. Delivering a load of green cherry wood to one of the competitors.

Snacking on some good non-BBQ food that'll be cooking this evening 'cuz these guys-n-gals DON'T eat BBQ on Friday before a contest.
 
Well I have been slaving over a six pound batch o jerky. Got it all dryed out..smoked up..and heat pasteurized so nobody gets a tummy ache and calls the lawyer etc. Guess I will whack it..weigh it out precise on the doper scale and bag it up by tomorrow. The sales force is clamoring for more product..lol.
