My smokenator has arrived. Any input on the best way to use it?

Is it just me or does that look like part of an airline lavatory? Just kidding, not sure what a smokenator is.

Several years and many thousands of dollars ago I started with a Smokenator and a OTS. Here is the link to The Smokenator Forum, I've not check it out recently but found it helpful when I first started.

If you haven't seen Smokenator Setup video yet I found it very helpful, old Don Thompson died shorty after making this video.

Ahh ok gotcha. Us po folks throw a little wood direct on the fire. Pee can shells work good too.
