A couple of chickens turned on the rotisserie tonight. Seasoned with some Mrs. Dash no salt Lemon Pepper and some Italian Seasoning. I wasn't gonna post pics but the color on the birds looked good so what the heck.

Dinner was just the chicken, a big salad and Avogolemono Soup.

If you have high blood pressure there are a few things on that plate you should have less of bro!

Other than that it looks great.

It all looks great to me V! I have that rotisserie on my wish list and may have to brig it to the top before Father's Day. Every time you use it I think about getting one.

Well I have every ailment known and that stuff looks real healthy to me. Think birds is why the Good Lord gave us Rotesses..they just made for it. Now my professional chicken posing on the spit rod mentor..say the chicken in the back needs to be sniffing of the other chickens butt. Looks like yours are bumping heads..lol. Splits with good clamp baskets work great too. Really better than whole birds..but more work. Which Rotessing is a lot of work. Thats why I dont do it often..lol. Good job!
