You know you can definitely count on having a great breakfast the next day when you've had an excellent meal the night before and have leftovers. This morning I sliced a biscuit leftover from the other day and dropped it in the toaster to warm. Next was to warm a couple of slices of last nights Tri-Tip roast and cook a couple of eggs sunny side up.
Sometimes you can do both with the right pan. That roast was pretty close to being better than it was last night!

Buttered the biscuit, cut up an orange and throw the meat and eggs in a plate and......

I know it's a bunch of breakfast posts and yes, I have been on a breakfast kick but breakfast can be just as important a meal a any other.
Sometimes when I have a big breakfast I do skip lunch.
Most time s I do fix breakfast it's just a spur of the moment decision anyway.
