I have always had a passion for BBQ. Started smoking within the last year (2-3 smokes, still learning). I ended up buying a Bradley smoker from a guy in town. Got a great deal on it and love it so far. Last night was my first cook on it. Still pretty new to smoking meats myself (although I'm a pro at eating it). This has been a fun hobby to pick up. I used Bakers Rib Rub from Bakers in Dallas. Picked up several items of rub here at the Denver BBQ Festival. Came out a little spicy for my ideal taste but was tasty. I went 4 hours at about 250. Next time I may go a little less. They seemed to be overdone a little. Overall, very happy with my first cook.

Howdy Jeremedrew! Ribs look good. Perfecting them is where the fun comes in. This is a good group with lots of good info. Enjoy!
