Got 2 pork butts to go on this weekend! Practicing this weekend. I am thinking of "separating" the money muscle.

What is everyone else putting on?
 
Starting at 7am and cooking 325*...they will be in pans. I will foil once I get the color and finish that way should be done by 3pm.
