Sea Salt, black pepper, hot cast iron pan, 4 minutes and dinner is ready!

I see you've got a flat top stove like mine. Cast iron is
the only thing that cooks well on mine...stupid coil is always
turning off and on, and the CI will hold the heat. I love the way
it looks, but I hate cooking on it.

I have the same also! I agree 100%. Nice color on that steak Larry, just how I like it!
