2 lbs of ground beef and 1 lb of ground lamb meat and followed a Alton Brown Good Eats recipe for gyros and Tzatziki Sauce. He made a loaf but I made Kebobs to get more of a crust on the outside of each one.

Kebobs all made up waiting for the grill to get hot.

Some veggies cooked in the wok. Its been a while since I cooked some of these things and I was actually craving them. Whats wrong with me.........I am actually craving vegetables.

Now I'm off to cook the last four for my Niece. She is working late tonight so my Wife promised her a warm meal tonight. How nice of her.
