I'm down to my last 40lbs of Kingsford and need to buy my stock for the colder months :D

I am going to see if I can get any lump locally in the midwest (Chicago area).

If you have a Gordon Food Service near you they sell Royal Oak Lump. $8.79 for 20lb bag.

Humphries Lump, right? Based on Bob's post. I use it some and like it after I get over the 4th of July fire works during ignition. =D>

I have to try that pork/kraut on the WSM. Sounds great. Wifey and me are the only ones who eat kraut, kids won't go near it lol.

Bob my wife and kids are the same way. But I make a Pork and Sauerkraut dish in the oven with granny smith apples that they love! The apples take a some of the sourness out of the kraut.

Bryan you light your ring with the apple wood already in there? Any lumps on top? I always light the top coals, then add the lumps on top. Try to hide the lumps mixed in so they don't catch fire.
