I got some individual cut ribs that were beef. Came out great! I also smoked some lemon chicken breasts..here's some pics of everything, mhy gf also made some bbq rice, corn, and cheesy shells which u will see in the picture... the ribs on the right of the picture on the grill are darker cuz I made mine spicy with a lot of cayane pepper, my gf doesn't like spice.

All was great, im starting to love smoking ribs!
 
Looks mighty good. Sounds like you might want need to trade that non spicy lady friend off a brown breasted mattress thrasher from S. Texas. The only way they can tell when its time to eat is when their coolas quit burning.

I had to grill the chicken after I smoked it. I just thought I would add a little flavor by smoking it while I had the ribs smoking and it turned out great! The chicken was my gfs favorite and the ribs were my favorite but I liked the chicken too.
