Point from a SmokyOkie brisket I did last week. On the grill with some Knox's Cracked Black Pepper Seasoning.

Chunked it up, added a little more seasoning and some doctored bbq sauce that I added some Tapatio and L&P Worcestershire sauce to then back on the grill.

Made some zucchini pancakes on the outside burner, too hot to be indoors.

Plated. Zucchini pancakes topped with some chipotle sour cream and some more Knox's seasoning on top.

Food looks great. Tapaito makes everything better, that stuff rocks!
 
Man, those zuch pancakes bring back memories ! My mom used to make them all the time, although we called the "fritters"... all looks good !
