I have all the weber grilling cook books but I have not made anything from them in awile...I'm ganna aim to change that because they do have some really good recipes. Last night I figured I would start, I made the "disapperaring tenderloin" from webers big book of grilling It came out awsome! I would have cooked alittle less for me but my girl won't eat any pink pork lol still was really juicy though.
Marinated the tenderloin in
1/3C orange juice
2tbl Evoo
2tbl worcestershire
1tbl molasses
1 tbl minced garlic

Marinated for 4 hrs then rubbed with spice rub

2tsp chili powder
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Made a hobo pack of squash and some taters It was awsome
