My father is 81 and has some eyesight problelms. He loves to read and misses reading the Bible, but can't read small print anymore. I was wondering if anyone has a Kindle and what they think of it. I believe you can adjust the size of the text you see??? and there is also a "read to me" feature that could be usefull as well.

let me know what your experience with it is.

Thanks!

I bought my wife one and they're inseperable. She loves it!!! Highly recommended. I think LArry has a distributorship...oh wait, he lost that too.

We have 4...3 in the house and I bought a seperate one for work..We all love ours. Yes you can adjust the font the read to me function works but there in no inflection. You might be able to buy audio books for kindle. Anyways we all love ours.

What about an Ipad? The new one comes out next friday, iirc.

I've got one; I dig it, especially because I travel a lot and I don't have to carry around a bunch of books. It also fits in the seat back pocket on the airlines.
