While I have never eaten food from one, I just don't understand the Santa Maria style of cooking.

I guess Tri Tip will have to cook me something.

I've only done it once. It's such a weird concept since cooking covered bbq and grilling with a lid all these years. It's just so fn fun. Feeden logs to the fire while feeden beers to the tummy :LOL:
You'd think it would have heavy smoke cooking over logs but surprisingly it's just a subtle smoke flavor and better than any other I've had in my opinion. I think I'm saving up for this one. They are only a couple hours north.
