all bison meat
natural pork casings

these smokies were very good, bit of smoke flavor, not too salty, very lean but still enough fat and moisture, no large gristle, beautiful red color

I boiled a couple, grilled a couple and 'boiled then grilled' a couple.

grilled or 'boiled and grilled' were better than just boiled

fav condiments tried with:
carolina mustard sauce, berry habanero jelly, Bone Suckin' sauce (all three home made)

I will buy these again, great product.

you're too kind Bryan ... no, I've not considered that ... taking pics of BBQ is a communication tool to me that I think works great for these boards

I only have a basic knowledge of photography from middle school options ... and that was a while ago

I love the digicams with the LCD display because it doesn't cost anything to take a bunch of pics and I get instant feedback ... take pics till I have one that shows what I'm trying to show.

For the close ups, see if your camera has a Macro function like my Canon point & shoot ... I can get as close as 2.5" ...
