Threw some spares and sausage on the UDS,Trimmed the spares down and cooked the tips on the bottom rack.Used the Hoochie Mama that santa brought me.

That's a mess of good lookin meats Big Ed. I see you like baked potatos too... Good job!!! JB will be ready to eat all of that too... :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:
