Mixing the cinnamon roll dough on Christmas Eve.

The cinnamon, sugar, nuts on and mu wife is rolling. Still on Christmas Eve.

Now they go into the refrigerator overnight.

After proofing this morning.

Baked and frosted.

Plated with some little smoky sausages (my son's request.)

We also frosted some sugar cookies.

For Christmas dinner, I'm doing a beef Wellington. I'll try to get pics.

Looks Great!!
I have to keep resisting the urge to ask if that is Larrys, Finneys or Gregs recipe......so I won't.... ;)

Oh man. Those look great Griff! Ya know, I have a oven and electric plus a KA mixer in the motor home. :D Might have to do some up at Oink next year. Those look killer.

Just got my KA Mixer back from the repair shop and this will be it's first job. Thks for the idea.

P.S. If you don't want to have to replace gears in a K A Stand Mixer, run it on a regular basis. I let mine sit for 6 months. Had to replace seals and part of the gear pkg due to lack of use. Insides dried up and made one hell of a noise.

Yeppers Griff, looks mighty tasty. Like my Daddy always tole my Mama usually, as we was eating supper, "You may not look like much but you sure are a good cook."
